The Town of Parachute Board of Trustees has designated the Town Administrator (Manager) as the Appointed Authority.

Except as otherwise provided in Town Ordinances or other applicable laws, the Appointed Authority shall have and retain all rights to administer matters pertaining to employees of the Town.
