The irrigation system is normally turned on the middle of April, depending upon the weather.

My renter has left with an unpaid water bill. Am I responsible for payment?
Utilities are the responsibility of the home owner. Water will be shut off to the home if the current charges are not paid. We encourage landlords to include the water bill as part of the rent to avoid unnecessary charges should a renter default.
